What are they made of? 
The needle is made of medical steel, also known as 316L surgical stainless steel, a modern material that, thanks to its high nickel and chromium content in the alloy, exhibits high corrosion resistance. 2.5% molybdenum provides excellent protection against aggressive environments: household chemicals, seawater and sunlight. 
Even after mechanical or chemical damage, it quickly returns to its original appearance, and the corrosion resistance of the metal remains unchanged. 
All medical steel materials are considered the safest for human health. The body of the cartridge is made of plastic used in medicine and is completely safe for humans. It is non-toxic, and polymer compounds do not penetrate or accumulate in the body. 
Special standards have been developed to control these properties. To give plastics antiseptic properties, special additives are used: organotin compounds, mercaptans, sodium fluorosilicate, tetracycline, nizine and metal ions. The content of these substances in the polymer composition does not exceed one hundredth of a percent.
